Accidents happen!

Life with a baby can be full of messy moments, which is why all our clothes are fully insured. Your membership price includes insurance against staining and accidental damage. Any stains from weaning or occasional nappy incidents, pulled seams, lost buttons, broken zips - don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! 

We would kindly ask that you still return the clothes to us. We are pretty good at getting stains out and, if we are unable to, we want to make sure the clothes are properly upcycled or recycled.
